Job Overview
As a Medical Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and care coordination. If you love working with people, have great organizational skills, and are excited about mental healthcare - this could be a great fit!
Schedule: Flexible schedule with ability to work mornings and afternoons | Central Time
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and assist with registration, forms, and telehealth access
- Provide Spanish translation and interpretation services
- Communicate via phone, email, and messaging to address patient questions
- Deliver excellent customer service and a caring, supportive attitude
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a medical receptionist or similar patient-facing role
- Fluency in written and spoken Spanish
- Must have Windows OS
- Warm, patient-focused attitude and communication style
- Strong organizational abilities and comfort with technology
- Interest in making a difference in mental healthcare
