Job Overview

Our client is looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to lead their digital expansion across Canada. This role focuses on high-impact lead generation through Meta and Google Ads, requiring a strategic mindset to manage budgets effectively while scaling into new provincial markets.

Schedule

  • Flexible schedule with deadlines and catch-ups within Eastern business hours
     (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to generate qualified leads
  • Develop and optimize Google Ads campaigns targeting specific Canadian provinces to drive regional expansion
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize return on ad spend within a defined budget
  • Collaborate with the business owner to align marketing efforts with provincial expansion goals and timelines
  • Produce regular performance reports summarizing lead generation results and campaign insights

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Facebook Meta ads and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation
  • Strong understanding of budget management and cost-effective advertising strategies
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail in campaign setup, targeting, and reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with the business owner

Scope

  • Initial focus on expanding digital marketing reach from Ontario into one additional Canadian province
  • Output-based workflow with set deadlines and regular brainstorming sessions with the business owner
  • Manage and optimize advertising spend to ensure sustainable, long-term lead generation
  • Provide strategic recommendations for scaling campaigns into additional provinces over time
