Full Stack Developer (React / Node / AWS)
Overview
We are building a custom HR and workforce management platform and are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role combines development, technical oversight, and collaboration with external development teams. The goal is to ensure the system is built with strong architecture, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Eastern with an hour unpaid break
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and design teams (Figma) to ensure technical feasibility
- Work alongside external development teams to guide implementation and architecture
- Develop and maintain frontend (React) and backend components
- Design and manage PostgreSQL databases
- Build and maintain APIs and integrations
- Review and validate code from external developers
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security best practices
- Assist with cloud infrastructure and deployments (AWS)
- Document architecture and technical decisions
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong experience with: React (Frontend), Node.js (or similar backend framework), and PostgreSQL
- Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS)
- Experience building scalable web applications (SaaS preferred)
- Strong understanding of APIs and integrations
- Experience reviewing and improving existing codebases
- Ability to work with remote/offshore teams
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience building HR, ATS, or workforce platforms
- Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD)
- Experience with automation tools or AI integrations
- Experience with modular or microservices architecture
