Social Media Specialist (Google Ads and META Ads)

Schedule: 9am to 5pm EST (flexible in this time) 

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and schedule social media content across multiple client accounts to maintain brand consistency
  • Edit raw video clips into polished short-form videos optimized for social media platforms
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve results
  • Coordinate content calendars and ensure all deliverables meet established deadlines

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in social media management and paid advertising
  • Strong video editing skills for short-form social media content
  • Proficiency in managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to retain training on new platforms
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative

Scope:

  • Part-time role (20 hours per week) with potential to scale to full-time
  • Manage social media content and paid ads for multiple clients simultaneously
  • Collaborate directly with the agency owner for training on additional advertising platforms
  • Support the agency's expansion into full-service social media management
  • Non-client-facing role focused on execution and content production

Paid Ads Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts
  • Monitor and analyze search terms to refine targeting and improve lead quality
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and additional platforms as trained
  • Track campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize return on ad spend
  • Maintain organized records and documentation of campaign setups and optimizations

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Willingness to learn new advertising platforms and retain training effectively
  • High level of reliability and consistency in meeting deadlines and deliverables
  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems without constant oversight

Scope
