Job Overview
Our client is looking for a highly organized and commercially aware Account Manager to play a critical role in converting inbound and outbound leads into successfully onboarded clients. You will serve as the key point of contact for prospective and newly signed clients, ensuring timely communication, smooth onboarding, and a seamless, professional, and empathetic customer experience throughout the process. This role combines elements of sales coordination, client relationship management, and administration in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities
Lead Management & Client Engagement
- Manage inbound leads from enquiry through conversion and onboarding
- Conduct discovery calls and initial consultations with prospective clients
- Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email, CRM systems, and online platforms
- Build rapport and maintain strong professional relationships with prospects and clients
- Follow up consistently with warm leads and nurture pipeline opportunities
- Coordinate appointments and onboarding schedules with internal practitioners and stakeholders
- Ensure all client records and communications are accurately documented within the CRM
Sales & Conversion Support
- Support the conversion of qualified leads into active clients
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate services and solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, onboarding documents, and service agreements
- Monitor pipeline performance and maintain accurate sales forecasts
- Work closely with management to improve lead conversion strategies and client retention
Client Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients
- Coordinate intake forms, documentation, payment setup, and scheduling requirements
- Ensure clients clearly understand services, processes, expectations, and timelines
- Deliver a smooth, high-quality onboarding experience that reflects the company’s brand values
- Address onboarding concerns professionally and efficiently
Account Management
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and engagement
- Monitor account health and identify opportunities to improve client experience
- Resolve client issues, escalations, or service concerns promptly
- Coordinate internally with clinicians, coaches, administration, and leadership teams
- Assist with retention initiatives and long-term relationship management
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records and client databases
- Generate reports on lead activity, onboarding progress, and account performance
- Track KPIs related to conversion rates, onboarding completion, and client satisfaction
- Support process improvement initiatives and workflow optimisation
Requirements
- Proven experience in Account Management, Client Success, Sales Support, Customer Relationship Management, or a similar client-facing role
- MUST be proficient in Go High Level
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar systems
- Experience managing leads through the full sales and onboarding lifecycle
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Strong administrative and coordination capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within healthcare, counseling, psychology, coaching, wellness, or professional services industries
- Experience with appointment scheduling and workflow automation tools
- Experience supporting Australian clients or businesses
- Familiarity with onboarding workflows and customer journey management
- Background in consultative sales or customer success environments
