Job Overview

Our client is looking for a highly AI Automation & GoHighLevel Specialist to lead the development of a next-generation AI infrastructure designed to automate and scale businesses across multiple industries, including wholesale, retail, trade services, and professional services. This is not a button-pushing execution role; our client is looking for a top-tier systems thinker who can architect scalable logic, lead technical conversations with executives, and bridge the gap between clients, leadership, and fulfillment teams. The ideal candidate combines deep automation expertise, strong operational leadership, AI systems thinking, and executive-level communication skills. This role will act as the technical right-hand to the CEO and will eventually lead and manage a global offshore technical team as the organization scales.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, with 1 hour paid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

1. AI Systems Architecture & Agentic Automation

• Design and develop advanced AI-driven workflows and “Agent Chains” using Agentic AI principles
• Build autonomous multi-step AI systems involving triage agents, subject matter experts, and closing workflows
• Manage AI knowledge ingestion (RAG systems) using product catalogs, service documents, PDFs, CRM records, and structured datasets
• Adapt core infrastructure and “Master Snapshots” across multiple industries and business models
• Continuously optimize AI workflows for scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency

2. CRM & Automation Infrastructure (GoHighLevel – Mandatory)

• Architect and manage scalable CRM ecosystems using GoHighLevel (GHL) — mandatory requirement
• Build advanced automation workflows using APIs, webhooks, Make.com, and third-party integrations
• Translate high-level business vision into structured technical execution plans and tickets
• Serve as the primary bridge between leadership and fulfillment/technical support teams
• Maintain and improve the company’s operational systems and technical documentation

3. UI/UX & AI-Powered Media Production

• Design premium white-label user interfaces using GoHighLevel AI Studio, custom CSS, and modern UI/UX principles
• Use advanced generative AI tools to produce high-quality brand and marketing assets including: AI-generated video content, AI-generated graphics and imagery, AI-generated audio and voice assets, and automated brochures, PDFs, and sales materials
• Ensure all AI-generated content aligns with premium enterprise-level branding standards

4. Leadership & Technical Operations

• Lead technical onboarding, training, and quality control for offshore specialists and contractors
• Develop and maintain the company’s operational playbooks and systems documentation
• Participate in executive and client-facing meetings to explain technical strategy and infrastructure logic
• Support long-term technical roadmap planning and operational scaling initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in CRM architecture, automation systems, or AI operations
• Expert-level GoHighLevel (GHL) experience is mandatory
• Strong understanding of automation logic beyond basic workflow building
• Strong experience with APIs, webhooks, Make.com, and AI workflow systems
• Spanish fluency strongly preferred
• Ability to rapidly learn and implement emerging AI technologies
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills
• High-level problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset
• Experience managing technical operations and cross-functional execution teams
• Professional English communication 
• Experience with AI-generated media tools and generative content systems
• Background supporting multiple industries or scalable agency/service models
• Experience in client-facing technical consulting or boardroom-level communication
