Lead Conversion & Patient Engagement Specialist
Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Conversion & Patient Engagement Specialist with a strong background in sales, appointment setting, and customer communication to support a growing medical aesthetics practice. This role is focused on converting inbound marketing leads into booked consultations while providing an exceptional first impression for potential clients.
The ideal candidate is highly confident on the phone, comfortable with outbound follow-up and lead nurturing, and able to build rapport naturally with prospective patients. Candidates should have experience handling inbound and outbound communication for US-based businesses, preferably within the Med Spa, aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or healthcare industries. This role also includes live chat support, social media engagement, and light content support during downtime.
Schedule
- Part-Time Schedule: Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM CST (24 work hours per week, includes 1 hour unpaid break)
Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with new leads generated through marketing campaigns to convert them into scheduled consultations
- Handle inbound and outbound calls when the clinic front desk is unavailable
- Conduct lead nurturing and appointment-setting activities with a strong focus on customer experience and conversion
- Utilize GoHighLevel CRM to manage leads, document conversations, track follow-ups, and maintain accurate records
- Respond to inbound website live chats and assist potential clients with inquiries
- Engage with leads and followers through Instagram and Facebook messages/comments
- Support social media engagement and basic content posting during downtime
- Coordinate consultation scheduling and assist with established patient inquiries
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, confidence, and a high-energy communication style when speaking with prospective clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, lead conversion, appointment setting, or outbound calling
- Strong confidence in speaking with leads over the phone and guiding conversations naturally
- Experience working with US-based clients or businesses
- Excellent English communication skills
- Energetic, personable, and empathetic communication style
- Experience using GoHighLevel CRM
- Comfortable handling inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, live chat support, and social media engagement
- Familiarity with Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram
- Ability to work independently and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
