Our client is a growing business solutions company managing multiple campaigns across industries such as restoration services and telecommunications. They are focused on delivering reliable customer outreach and appointment-setting support through professional and high-performing remote teams.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and confident Appointment Setter to join a fast-paced restoration services campaign. This is a full-time remote role focused on high-volume outbound calling, generating qualified appointments, and coordinating virtual meetings with prospective clients.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day, and capable of maintaining professional communication while working within a structured appointment-setting process.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM EST (New York) with a 30 minute paid break

Commissions will be discussed for meeting sales targets

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to provided leads using a predictive dialer system
• Set qualified appointments for restoration services prospects
• Schedule appointments through Zoom or Microsoft Teams calendar invites
• Follow provided call scripts to ensure consistent and professional messaging
• Track appointment activity and updates using Excel spreadsheets and CRM tools
• Maintain accurate calendar scheduling and appointment coordination
• Update lead statuses and call outcomes in internal systems
• Collaborate with the team to meet appointment-setting targets and campaign goals

Requirements

• Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or outbound calling roles
• Experience using predictive dialer systems such as JustCall or similar platforms
• Background in restoration services, home services, or related industries
• Familiarity with CRM systems and appointment scheduling tools
• Experience working with virtual meetings via Zoom or Microsoft Teams
