We are looking for a resilient, full-cycle Sales Closer to take complete ownership of the sales process—from initial prospecting to final handshake—in a high-growth tech environment.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm EST

Responsibilities

  • Conduct prospecting and lead generation using tools like Apollo and Lucius to identify potential clients in the construction industry.
  • Execute cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads.
  • Set appointments and conduct multiple follow-ups with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Present and demonstrate the AI-powered automation platform to construction business owners and decision-makers.
  • Close sales and achieve revenue targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Closer with full-cycle sales responsibilities including prospecting, outreach, and closing.
  • Background in SaaS or tech company sales with demonstrated success in closing deals.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and present solutions effectively.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience working with clients in the construction industry or similar blue-collar sectors.
  • Nice-to-have: Familiarity with sales prospecting tools such as Apollo, Lucius, or similar platforms.
  • Nice-to-have: Resilient and aggressive sales approach with strong work ethic and self-motivation.
