Virtual Assistant / Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support business operations
- Handle email correspondence, calendar management, and scheduling
- Support document preparation, data entry, and record keeping
- Assist with coordination of meetings and client communications
- Maintain organised digital filing systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative support or virtual assistance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- High level of attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
