Business Development Representative (Outbound Sales)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Business Development Representative (BDR) to help generate new sales opportunities through outbound outreach and business development efforts.
This is not a purely administrative outreach role. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, bring new ideas to the table, and take ownership of pipeline generation activities with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate is mid-level, confident working independently, and comfortable testing new outbound approaches to improve results.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm EST with one hour of unpaid break
Responsibilities
- Manage outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and other outreach channels
- Conduct personalized email outreach and follow-up campaigns
- Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities
- Schedule meetings and support pipeline generation efforts
- Identify, test, and suggest new outbound strategies and channels
- Potentially conduct cold calls when relevant
- Help improve overall outbound sales processes and messaging
- Work independently while proactively bringing new ideas and recommendations
Requirements
- Previous experience in outbound sales, SDR, BDR, or business development roles
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable using outbound sales tools such as Instantly, Amplemarket, or similar platforms
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Resourceful, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Based in Latin America (highly preferred)
