Job Description:

As a Adobe Content Creator you will support the internal content and marketing team by producing engaging visual and multimedia content for digital platforms. You will work closely with the Head of Content to ensure all creative materials align with brand standards and campaign objectives. This role combines graphic design, video editing, and content adaptation while supporting overflow creative production for a fast-moving healthcare consultancy environment.

Schedule:

  • Flexible Monday to Friday during Australian Eastern Standard Time business hours (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Creative Production

  • Design high-quality visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • Create branded graphics, marketing materials, and digital content
  • Adapt content across multiple platforms and formats

Video Editing & Multimedia

  • Perform basic video editing for social media and branded content
  • Prepare polished multimedia assets optimized for digital engagement
  • Ensure consistency in visual storytelling and messaging

Content Coordination & Scheduling

  • Liaise with the Head of Content for creative approvals and revisions
  • Schedule completed content using internal systems and workflows
  • Maintain organized creative files and production timelines

Brand Consistency & Team Support

  • Ensure brand consistency across all projects and campaigns
  • Support internal senior staff by handling overflow creative tasks
  • Collaborate with the broader content team on ongoing campaigns

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia, or content production
  • Experience with content scheduling and approval workflows
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong brand alignment and creative quality
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines independently in a remote setting

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting healthcare, consultancy, or agency environments
  • Familiarity with social media content trends and best practices
