Meta Media Buyer & Performance Marketing Manager

Overview

Drive high-scale growth for an elevated luxury brand by spearheading data-driven paid social strategies across Facebook and Instagram. We are looking for a creative, analytical expert to manage full-funnel campaigns that maximize ROAS and customer acquisition while maintaining a premium brand identity.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PST 

Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Build, launch, and scale Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
  • Manage full funnel advertising strategies including prospecting, retargeting, retention, and upsell campaigns
  • Optimize campaigns daily for ROAS, CPA, MER, CAC, AOV, and customer lifetime value
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies using first party data, lookalikes, interests, and behavioral targeting
  • Allocate budgets efficiently across campaigns and seasonal initiatives
  • Monitor pacing, spend efficiency, attribution, and performance trends

Creative Performance & Testing

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high converting ad creatives
  • Create structured testing frameworks for hooks, offers, copy, formats, and landing pages
  • Analyze creative fatigue and identify winning concepts quickly
  • Recommend new creative angles based on platform trends and performance data
  • Help guide UGC, lifestyle, luxury, and product focused creative direction

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on key ecommerce and advertising KPIs
  • Build weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
  • Monitor attribution models and platform tracking accuracy
  • Utilize Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Shopify, Triple Whale, or similar analytics platforms
  • Identify opportunities to improve funnel conversion rates and customer acquisition efficiency

Ecommerce Growth Support

  • Work closely with ecommerce and retention marketing teams to align promotions and launches
  • Support seasonal campaigns including holidays, gifting, product launches, and special collections
  • Help improve landing page performance and onsite conversion
  • Stay current on Meta platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands on Meta media buying experience
  • Proven success scaling ecommerce brands through Facebook and Instagram advertising
  • Strong understanding of direct response marketing and conversion focused creative
  • Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $50,000-$500,000
  • Deep familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and ecommerce attribution
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience with Shopify ecommerce brands preferred
  • Experience with luxury, food, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a plus
  • Self motivated, organized, and highly detail oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
