About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Paid Media & Demand Generation Specialist to help drive qualified leads and pipeline growth through paid acquisition channels.

This role is focused on generating real business opportunities — not simply launching ads. We are looking for someone who understands how to turn paid campaigns into qualified meetings and sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate has practical experience managing lead generation campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn, is data-driven, and understands how to optimize campaigns based on lead quality and business outcomes.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm EST with one hour of unpaid break 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
  • Build and manage retargeting campaigns
  • Launch and optimize lead form campaigns
  • Create and refine audience targeting and segmentation strategies
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on lead quality and qualified opportunities
  • Track and report on meetings booked, pipeline generated, and campaign ROI
  • Help improve overall paid acquisition and demand generation strategies
  • Support management of company and founder LinkedIn presence when needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience running lead generation campaigns through Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong understanding of paid acquisition and demand generation strategies
  • Experience optimizing campaigns for qualified leads and meetings, not just low CPL
  • Hands-on experience with audience building, segmentation, and retargeting
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
  • Based in Latin America (highly preferred)
