Spanish Bilingual Property Maintenance Coordinator
Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Maintenance Coordinator to support day-to-day maintenance operations and tenant communication for a growing property portfolio. This is a part-time role to start, with potential to expand based on performance and business needs.
Schedule:
- Friday to Tuesday | 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM EST
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage property maintenance requests from tenants and property managers
- Receive, log, and track maintenance issues from initiation to resolution
- Communicate with vendors, contractors, and tenants to schedule repairs and follow-ups
- Ensure timely updates are provided to all stakeholders throughout the maintenance process
- Handle basic invoicing and billing coordination related to maintenance work
- Maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and internal tracking systems
- Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone in a professional and timely manner
- Support general administrative tasks related to property operations as needed
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English and Spanish (must be fully bilingual)
- Experience in property management, maintenance coordination, or similar administrative roles
- Comfortable using: WhatsApp (daily communication), Email (tenant and vendor coordination), Spreadsheets (tracking, reporting, logs), Phone communication (vendor and tenant coordination)
- Basic invoicing systems or billing tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple active requests
- Attention to detail and ability to follow up consistently until tasks are completed
- Strong written communication and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in professional verbal interactions

- Experience supporting residential or commercial property portfolios
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Highly responsive, organized, and proactive in follow-ups
- Able to manage time-sensitive maintenance requests across multiple properties
