Business Development Representative
Overview
Launch your career in real estate as a key driver of our growth, connecting with homeowners to facilitate off-market property sales. We are looking for a resilient, charismatic communicator who can turn cold leads into warm appointments while working fully remote.
Schedule:
- EST Mon-Thurs 3pm-8pm | Part-time (20 hours per week) with potential for full-time transition based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to homeowner leads to gauge interest in selling their properties off-market
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of selling without realtor commissions and without needing home repairs
- Schedule appointments for the business owners to meet with interested homeowners and tour properties
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads across multiple call attempts at varying times of day
- Track call outcomes and update lead records to ensure accurate pipeline management
- Collaborate with the business owner to refine and tailor call scripts based on performance and feedback
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of experience in cold calling or outbound sales
- Charismatic and engaging phone presence with the ability to capture attention within the first few seconds of a call
- Strong resilience and ability to handle rejection without losing motivation
- Excellent verbal communication skills with clear and simple articulation of offers
- High level of consistency and self-discipline when working independently
- Familiarity with real estate or property-related outreach is a plus
Scope:
- Leads will be provided by the client; no lead generation required
- A US-based phone number will be set up for all outbound calling
- Target of 100+ outbound dials per day with a goal of securing at least one appointment daily
- Commission or bonus structure for successful appointments or closed deals to be determined
