Job Overview

Our client is looking for a highly skilled Senior Paid Media Specialist to lead the technical implementation and optimization of all paid advertising campaigns. This role focuses on providing scalable support for clients in the Australian tourism, healthcare, and event sectors, ensuring data-driven adjustments that maximize ROI across diverse portfolios.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM AEST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns for diverse client industries including tourism and healthcare.
  • Perform technical tracking implementations via Google Tag Manager and GA4.
  • Bridge technical tracking gaps across different web platforms to ensure data accuracy.
  • Conduct regular A/B testing for creative and technical optimization.
  • Handle keyword research, ongoing bid management, and daily performance monitoring.
  • Oversee campaign monthly spends ranging from $1,000 to $10,000.
  • Draft and implement technical ad copy and strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Paid Search and Paid Social.
  • Advanced proficiency in GTM and GA4 implementation.
  • Strong command of written English for ad copy and reporting.
  • Proven experience of managing multi-channel paid media strategies.
  • Ability to work Australian business hours for team syncs.
