Overview

Strengthen our digital presence as a Social Media Content & Posting Assistant who turns raw assets into high-engagement social media activity across multiple platforms. This role is perfect for a consistent, fast-paced professional who excels at turning existing photos and videos into daily content that drives story engagement, profile visits, and traffic to event pages.

Schedule:

• Part-time 20 hours a week. Flexible hours during EST Timezone

Responsibilities

• Review folders of photos and videos provided; select usable content daily; keep content organized and labeled.
• Create Instagram Stories (text, stickers, polls, links); edit short-form videos (Reels); create simple carousel posts using CapCut, Canva, or Instagram native tools.
• Post content across all assigned pages; follow posting schedule provided; ensure captions and tags are included.
• Post multiple story slides daily; add text overlays, polls/questions, and link stickers; repost feed content to stories.
• Use provided flyers and videos to post countdown stories, share event reminders, and repost past event content; follow instructions for urgency posts.
• Reply to simple DMs (using pre-written responses); like and respond to comments.

Weekly Expectations:

• Stories: Daily (minimum 5–10 frames per day across pages)
• Reels: 3–5 per week
• Feed Posts: 2–3 per week
• Consistency across all 5 pages.

Quality Standards:

• Content must look clean, on-brand, and professional
• No spelling errors or low-quality/blurry uploads
• Must follow the provided brand tone.

Expected Results

• Consistent daily posting across all pages
• Increased story activity and engagement
• Regular promotion of events and offers
• Faster turnaround of content (no delays)

Performance Measurement:

You will be evaluated on:

• Posting consistency (daily execution)
• Speed of turnaround
• Content quality (clean, engaging, error-free)
• Ability to follow instructions exactly
