We are seeking a proactive Guest Relations Specialist to provide excellent customer service across multiple channels for a UK-based hospitality business. In this role, you will be the primary voice of the guest experience—managing inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email to ensure seamless customer journeys. This position is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional who excels at multitasking and maintaining world-class service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• Friday to Monday, 10:00 AM - 08:00 PM (UK Timezone)

Responsibilities:

• Manage guest communications through text messaging, phone calls, and email channels.

• Respond to guest inquiries and provide timely support throughout their customer journey.

• Maintain professional communication standards using UK-based contact methods.

• Coordinate with the client using the provided communication platforms and tools. Deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with the hospitality industry standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in guest relations or customer service within the hospitality industry.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple communication channels simultaneously, including text, phone, and email.

• Familiarity with WhatsApp and similar messaging platforms for business communications.

• Experience using cloud-based phone systems or virtual communication tools.
