LinkedIn Outreach Specialist (Investor Relations)

Job Overview

The client is seeking a professional and detail-oriented LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to support outreach and relationship development efforts with U.S.-based family offices, wealth managers, RIAs, and investment professionals. This role focuses on outbound communication, LinkedIn outreach, contact verification, CRM management, and investor relations support. This is not a high-pressure sales position, but rather a professional outreach and relationship coordination role.

Client Overview

The client is a real estate-focused private capital firm specializing in real estate-secured fixed income investment opportunities. The firm works with private investors, wealth managers, family offices, RIAs, and private capital professionals seeking alternative fixed income and private credit exposure.

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00 PM EST (40 hours per week) 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional outbound calls to wealth managers, family offices, RIAs, and investment professionals
  • Introduce the client and request permission to send firm materials and presentations
  • Verify contact information and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Use LinkedIn to identify, connect with, and engage targeted financial professionals
  • Manage LinkedIn outreach using approved messaging templates and communication processes
  • Track outreach activity, follow-ups, and engagement within CRM systems
  • Coordinate scheduling for introductory and follow-up calls
  • Support the Investor Relations Manager with administrative and communication tasks
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communications

Requirements

  • Experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, LinkedIn outreach, executive assistance, investor relations support, or B2B customer service
  • Comfortable speaking with executives and financial professionals
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and email communication
  • Experience working remotely with U.S.-based companies preferred
  • Strong English communication skills and professional phone presence
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
