We are seeking a confident, customer-focused Sales & Customer Support to guide callers through the certification process and help them successfully register for the correct courses. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for individuals needing CPR, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, balancing empathy with a strong sales mindset. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who excels at leading conversations, addressing customer needs, and closing enrollments on the spot.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

Saturday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM CST
Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from customers looking to get CPR certified for school, work, or licensing requirements

Assess certification requirements (CPR, BLS, ACLS, and PALS) and recommend the correct courses.

Guide customers through pricing, scheduling, and course options to close enrollments directly on the call.

Assist customers with location access or training platform navigation, staying on the line until issues are fully resolved.

Lead the conversation with confidence to ensure a smooth, supportive, and professional customer experience.

Handle required follow-ups and complete administrative duties during non-call periods.

Maintain productivity, remain responsive throughout your shift, and carry out tasks directed by the Customer Service Lead.
