Social Media Content & Outreach Specialist (Fitness Industry)

Overview

Support a growing fitness brand by combining strategic community engagement with creative content production. This role involves initiating personalized conversations to build authentic relationships with potential clients while managing a consistent schedule of video and graphic updates. You will play a key part in identifying new leads and maintaining a professional visual identity that resonates with our target audience.

Schedule:

  • Monday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Thursday and Friday: OFF
  • Saturday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Sunday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (All times in Dubai GST)

Responsibilities

DM Setting & Outreach:

  • Proactively identify and engage potential customers who align with our target avatar by researching their profiles and posts.
  • Initiate engaging and personalized conversations with prospects on social media platforms.
  • Nurture leads and build relationships to encourage booking sales calls.
  • Manage inbound leads by personally welcoming new followers and interacting with comments, likes, and other engagements to maintain a personable brand image.
  • Research competitor pages to identify potential leads and engagement opportunities.
  • Drive the main Call-to-Action (CTA) of booking sales calls.
  • Implement a feedback protocol to track outreach activities, outcomes, and liaise with the client to continuously improve lead quality and strategy.

Content Creation (Graphic Design & Video Editing):

  • Produce 3-4 video reels per week from provided filmed content, ensuring high quality and engagement.
  • Create approximately 3 carousels per week, utilizing existing templates and ensuring clear, impactful messaging.
  • Proactively research other accounts and bring new content ideas to the table that align with the fitness industry and our brand, demonstrating initiative and a creative eye.
  • Work within established templates and brand guidelines to maintain a consistent visual identity across all content.
  • Manage graphic design tasks using our shared Canva account.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in social media management, including both direct messaging/outreach and content creation (graphic design and video editing).
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to maintain a personable, empathetic, and engaging tone.
  • Proficiency in video reel editing
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Canva for graphic design.
  • A strong eye for engaging content, visual aesthetics, and the ability to translate messaging effectively.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities, bringing new ideas, and continuously improving processes.
  • Proven experience and understanding of the fitness industry, particularly in online coaching for women.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous graphic design and video editing work is highly desirable. (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
