Senior HubSpot Solution Architect

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Senior HubSpot Solution Architect to lead the design, optimization, and management of HubSpot systems across sales, marketing, customer operations, and reporting workflows.
This role is suited to someone who combines deep HubSpot expertise with strong operational thinking and business process design. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to create scalable CRM systems, automate workflows, improve reporting visibility, and streamline operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — capable of designing solutions while also executing and improving them independently.

Schedule: Flexible between business hours, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm NZ Time

Key Responsibilities

HubSpot Architecture & Optimization

  • Design, build, and optimize HubSpot CRM structures, pipelines, workflows, and automation systems

  • Develop scalable solutions across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub

  • Create and maintain CRM architecture aligned with business goals and operational workflows

  • Improve lead management, lifecycle tracking, segmentation, and customer journey processes

  • Audit existing HubSpot setups and identify opportunities for optimization and automation

  • Work closely with leadership to translate operational needs into scalable CRM solutions

  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and technical stakeholders

  • Manage implementation timelines, priorities, and ongoing system improvements

  • Provide guidance and best practices around CRM usage and process adoption

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a HubSpot Administrator, Solutions Architect, RevOps        Specialist, or similar role

  • Advanced knowledge of HubSpot CRM, workflows, pipelines, reporting, and automation tools
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and operational process design
  • Experience with integrations, automation platforms, and CRM data management
  • Excellent problem-solving and systems-thinking capability
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

    Nice to Have
  • HubSpot certifications across Sales, Marketing, Service, or Operations Hub
  • Experience with API integrations and CRM migrations
  • Familiarity with SaaS, agency, consulting, or high-growth business environments
  • Experience with reporting tools and operational analytics
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle and revenue operations frameworks
