Transform interest into reality as the primary point of contact for homeowners seeking expert kitchen, bathroom, and roofing renovations. We are looking for a reliable, persuasive communicator to qualify warm leads and bridge the gap between initial inquiries and successful home transformations.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Pacific (Standard Business Hours).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls promptly from website visitors; availability is critical to ensure no lead is missed.
• Conduct knowledgeable sales conversations about kitchen, bathroom, and roofing projects.
• Qualify prospects and set high-quality appointments for the sales team’s home visits.
• Make outbound follow-up calls and track all interactions/outcomes in the company CRM.
• Maintain communication with prospects via phone and WhatsApp and coordinate closely with the sales team.

Requirements

• Must have a clear accent and strong communication skills tailored for the U.S. sales market.
• A proven track record of professional reliability and strict adherence to working hours.
• Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or telemarketing.
• Essential understanding of home renovation (kitchens, bathrooms, roofing) to speak confidently with homeowners.
• Comfortable with CRM systems, softphone software, and maintaining a stable, high-speed internet connection.
