Our client is looking for a high-performing Spanish Bilingual Insurance Sales & Account Specialist to join their team. This role is a hybrid of proactive sales and diligent account retention, focused on the Auto and Home insurance sectors. You will be responsible for pitching tailored policies to new prospects while managing a high-priority billing and renewal workflow for existing clients. The ideal candidate represents the agency’s prestigious reputation through polished communication and a systematic approach to portfolio management.

Monday - Friday, 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM San Jose, CA Time, with 30 minutes paid break (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Execute outbound sales calls to prospects, pitching tailored insurance policies and converting leads into active policyholders to meet growth targets.
- Billing & Portfolio Retention: Manage a prioritized workflow based on renewal dates; engage clients via phone to secure pending payments and finalize all necessary billing documentation.
- Communication & Client Relations: Provide high-level service in both Spanish and English; represent the agency’s reputation through friendly, polished, and expert communication.
- Administrative Operations: Document all client interactions with precision to maintain an accurate audit trail and support the general administrative lifecycle of client accounts.
- Follow-up Management: Maintain a persistent follow-up schedule until all financial and administrative requirements for client coverage are resolved.
Requirements
- Bilingual Mastery: Professional-level fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Industry Expertise: A solid professional background within the Auto or Home Insurance sectors.
- Sales Aptitude: Proven ability to handle outbound sales calls and the persistence required to close deals.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and a readiness to be trained on specialized insurance software.
- Organizational DNA: Highly comfortable working within structured, systematic processes and following prioritized task lists.
