Job Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to support their growing real estate business. This role focuses on managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, producing video marketing materials, and running digital advertising campaigns designed to attract seller listings and increase market presence. The ideal candidate is highly creative, confident with video editing tools, and capable of independently managing multiple projects across different brands.

Client Overview

Our client is a growing real estate business operating across multiple ventures, including property sales and negotiation services. Their team is focused on expanding their digital presence, strengthening brand visibility, and generating high-quality seller leads through strategic social media marketing and engaging content creation.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 03:00 PM AEST (25  hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and manage social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Develop engaging video content, including AI-generated videos and commercial-style advertisements.
  • Design and manage paid social media advertising campaigns focused on seller lead generation.
  • Edit professional marketing videos and create graphics for real estate campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and monitor social media trends to improve campaign performance.
  • Manage audience engagement, comments, and community interaction across platforms.
  • Support multiple business ventures with tailored content strategies and branding.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative digital marketing ideas and promotional campaigns.
  • Optimize social media content for engagement, reach, and SEO performance.
  • Monitor campaign analytics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a strong portfolio showcasing video editing and content creation work.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta advertising platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency with video editing software and content creation tools such as Runway or similar platforms.
  • Experience creating engaging short-form and long-form social media content.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Strong understanding of social media engagement strategies and SEO principles.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in real estate or property marketing (Preferred).
  • Experience managing multiple brands or business verticals simultaneously (Preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools and automation platforms (Preferred).
