Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Ecommerce & Digital Growth Manager to take full ownership of our online sales channels, including Shopify and Amazon. This role combines strategic growth, web development (HTML/CSS), and digital marketing to drive revenue, optimize user experience, and scale our brand presence in the UK market.
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM UK Time
Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce Strategy & Growth
- Own the growth plan across Shopify, Amazon, and other digital channels to drive revenue, conversion rates, and lead generation.
- Manage pricing, promotions, product merchandising, and online campaigns.
- Identify new digital sales opportunities that align with wider commercial goals.
Shopify Management & Web Development
- Lead the setup, migration, and ongoing optimization of the Shopify website.
- Configure themes, apps, integrations, and checkout performance.
- Improve UX, site speed, and mobile responsiveness using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (Shopify Liquid is a plus).
- Build and optimize landing pages to improve lead capture and conversion.
Amazon & Marketplace Management
- Manage and scale the Amazon platform as a core sales channel.
- Optimize listings, rankings, and content to improve conversion and visibility.
- Align marketplace activity with internal stock and fulfillment systems.
SEO & Digital Performance
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize metadata, site structure, and product content to improve organic search visibility.
- Monitor performance using analytics tools to reduce reliance on external agencies.
Social Media & Influencer Growth
- Plan and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.
- Develop and manage an influencer program to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage community interactions and track social media performance metrics.
Lead Generation & Reporting
- Develop digital campaigns that drive inbound enquiries to the sales team and web store.
- Maintain accurate product data and pricing across all platforms.
- Produce regular reports on traffic, revenue, SEO, and social media KPIs, providing actionable recommendations for growth.
Required Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Proven experience managing and optimizing Shopify and Amazon platforms.
- Strong commercial focus with a track record of driving ecommerce revenue.
- Functional web development skills: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of SEO tools and digital performance best practices.
- Experience managing business social media accounts and content schedules.
- Highly analytical with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Desirable:
- Experience with Shopify Liquid or UI/UX optimization.
- Background in B2B, trade, or professional equipment sectors.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or CRM/ERP integrations.
- Experience in influencer marketing or community growth.
