Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, London Time (3:30 PM - 12:30 AM Manila Time)
Responsibilities:
- Manage 1-2 customer chat conversations simultaneously, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
- Leverage website resources to provide detailed product information and recommendations
- Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to assist with complex inquiries and improve response times
- Navigate the company’s back-office system to access order data and resolve customer issues
- Handle email tickets using the company’s ticketing system
- Maintain exceptional written communication standards in English
- Escalate complex queries to the in-house team when necessary
- Adapt to seasonal fluctuations in demand, particularly during busy summer periods
Requirements:
- Excellent written English skills with a keen eye for detail
- 2-3 years of customer support experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail
- Proficiency in live chat platforms and ticketing systems
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus
- Cultural awareness and the ability to communicate effectively with UK customers
- Flexibility to work Wednesday through Sunday
- Comfortable with seasonal fluctuations in workload
