Telemarketer (B2B Outbound)

Role Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Telemarketer to join our outbound sales team. In this role, your primary focus is volume and engagement: you will be responsible for executing high-frequency outbound calls to warm leads, qualifying interest, and securing appointments for our internal sales team. This is a strictly telephonic role—no video or on-camera presence is required.

Schedule: 9am to 5pm Est (flexible in this time)

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Outreach: Conduct a high volume of outbound calls per day to prospects provided via our lead generation platform.
• Lead Qualification: Follow established scripts to identify high-quality B2B leads and successfully set appointments or hand off live opportunities.
• Script Mastery: Deliver scripted messaging naturally, maintaining a professional and engaging tone to build immediate rapport with business owners.
• Data Management: Accurately log call outcomes and update records in real-time to ensure full visibility into the sales pipeline.
• Value Proposition: Persuasively communicate the benefits of our digital services to key decision-makers.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–4 years of B2B cold calling or telemarketing experience, specifically in high-volume environments.
• Communication: Exceptional English fluency with a clear, professional, and persuasive phone presence.
• Resilience: Strong ability to handle objections, navigate gatekeepers, and maintain high energy throughout repetitive outreach.
• Self-Management: Highly self-motivated and capable of hitting daily call targets while working independently.
• Language Plus: Spanish language proficiency is a strong advantage but not a requirement.

Engagement Scope & Schedule

• Hours: Part-time (20 hours/week) with the potential to move to full-time based on results.
• Time Zone: Shifts must align with Eastern Standard Time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
• Format: 100% telephonic outreach; no video/camera requirements.
