Insurance Customer Service Representative

Schedule:

  • Mondays through Fridays, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Arkansas time

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls and emails regarding insurance policy modifications
  • Process and communicate policy change requests to insurance carriers
  • Manage multiple client accounts, prioritizing tasks efficiently
  • Accurately document customer interactions and policy updates in our agency management system
  • Follow up with insurance companies to ensure timely processing of policy changes
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to policy management and customer service
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high levels of client satisfaction
  • Stay informed about industry trends and insurance products to serve our clients better

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of insurance concepts (comprehensive training will be provided)
  • Proficiency in email communication and computer skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
  • Adaptability to learn new software systems and technologies
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business or related field is a plus
