Spanish Bilingual Client Success Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Client Success Specialist to join our team as an Independent Contractor. This role focuses on guiding clients through onboarding, ensuring effective product adoption, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, tech-savvy, and experienced in client success, account management, or customer support, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Pacific Times, Los Angeles, CA time. with one hour unpaid for break

Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding & Training: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use our products/services effectively
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing proactive support and addressing concerns
  • Bilingual Communication: Communicate in English and Spanish via email, phone, and video calls
  • Customer Support & Troubleshooting: Assist clients with issues, collaborate with internal teams, and provide prompt solutions
  • Product Adoption & Engagement: Monitor client usage, provide best practices, and ensure clients maximize value from offerings
  • Collaboration: Work closely with CEO and support teams to improve the client experience and relay feedback
  • Performance Metrics: Track key success metrics such as onboarding completion rates, client satisfaction, and retention

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Experience in Client Success, Account Management, Onboarding, or Customer Support
  • Experience in a clinical, medical, or healthcare clinic is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle client concerns professionally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, support tools, and virtual communication platforms
