Brand, Messaging, and Growth Operations Manager

Job Overview

The client is looking for a Brand, Messaging & Growth Operations Manager to help shape how the company is positioned in the market and to execute the systems that generate and manage qualified opportunities.

This is not a pure sales-closing role. Leadership closes major deals directly. This role is responsible for helping define the right positioning and message for the company, improving how it presents itself online and in client-facing materials, managing lead flow and CRM discipline, supervising outbound calling activity, and making sure the business development process actually runs.

We are looking for someone who can both think and execute — someone who can help sharpen the company’s voice, brand, and market presence, while also managing the funnel, the messages, the callers, and the day-to-day follow-through.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9 am to 6 pm PST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

Positioning and messaging

  • Help define and refine how the company should be positioned in the market
  • Identify and articulate the company’s strongest selling points and differentiators
  • Help shape brand voice, company messaging, and client communication style
  • Improve how the company presents itself across website copy, decks, one-pagers, proposals, and follow-up materials
  • Test and refine messages for different channels and audiences

Lead generation and funnel management

  • Manage inbound and outbound lead flow across email, phone, website, ads, and social channels
  • Build and improve outreach sequences, follow-up logic, and campaign messaging
  • Maintain a clean, organized CRM and a clear view of all active opportunities
  • Track stages, next steps, notes, messaging history, and pipeline movement
  • Make sure qualified opportunities are handed to leadership with proper context and follow-up history

Caller and outreach management

  • Manage the company’s cold-calling / outbound calling specialist
  • Review lists, scripts, call quality, message testing, and follow-up performance
  • Improve accountability, reporting, and conversion from calls into real opportunities
  • Coordinate phone outreach with the broader CRM and email workflow

Brand and online presence

  • Help strengthen and manage the company’s website presence, messaging, and conversion flow
  • Improve consistency and quality across social profiles, decks, PDFs, presentations, and marketing collateral
  • Help shape ideas for branding, trust-building, and digital presence
  • Support execution of campaigns across website, Google Ads, email, and other channels

Execution and operations

  • Turn strategy into actual operating process
  • Coordinate vendors, freelancers, and support resources where needed
  • Improve marketing workflows and reporting
  • Support leadership in refining strategy based on what is actually working in the funnel

Guiding the sales team

  • Manage what callers are doing
  • Manage message content and delivery
  • Create strategies and manage what sales people doing
  • Manage performance and KPI
  • Utilize AI agents to create a client focused messaging
  • Help me identify the strength of the company and how to sell company unique ability for fast, reliable, high quality construction processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong strategic thinker with real marketing judgment
  • Hands-on operator, not just an ideas person
  • Able to write clearly and improve messaging
  • Strong with funnels, outreach logic, and follow-up discipline
  • Comfortable managing other people’s activity, including callers and freelancers

  • Comfortable working directly with leadership in a fast-moving environment
