Job Description
As a Bilingual Meta Ads Specialist, you will manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns tailored for the French market. You will translate and localize high-performing UK campaigns, ensuring messaging resonates with French audiences while maintaining brand integrity.
This role requires both technical expertise in Meta Ads and a deep understanding of cultural nuances between UK and French markets.
Schedule
- Flexible during business hours (Greenwich Mean Time); 20 hours per week
- Replicate and adapt successful UK Meta campaigns for the French market
- Manage and optimize campaigns within targeted geographic regions
- Monitor daily ad spend and adjust strategies to maintain strong CPA performance
Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Optimization
Localization & Content Adaptation
- Translate and adapt ad copy from English to French
- Ensure brand tone and messaging are preserved across languages
- Adjust creatives and messaging based on local cultural nuances
Targeting & Market Execution
- Manage campaigns targeting audiences aged 35+ in key regions
- Focus on geographic targeting within a 100-mile radius of key cities
- Align campaigns with local consumer behavior and preferences
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and lead volume
- Provide regular reports on acquisition metrics
- Optimize campaigns based on performance insights
Collaboration & Coordination
- Coordinate with the local installation team for lead allocation
- Ensure smooth handoff of inbound inquiries
- Maintain alignment across marketing and operations teams
Requirements
- Native or professional fluency in both French and English
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or Meta Ads management
- Proven track record in managing and optimizing paid social campaigns
- Strong understanding of UK and French market differences
- High attention to detail, especially in language and cultural nuance
- Experience in home improvement or construction marketing is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage campaigns effectively
