Customer Success Representative

Overview

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Customer Success Representative to enhance our Customer Success Team. Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-6:00 pm EST (USA Calendar)

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, follow-ups, pricing, delivery timelines, product defects, and more.
  • Provide comprehensive order management support, including order entry, checkout completion, and updating customers with shipment details.
  • Proactively manage and enhance the customer experience to exceed expectations and minimize escalations.
  • Address customer product complaints effectively, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
  • Deliver high-quality, accurate solutions through email, chat, and phone to our US customer base.
  • Consistently meet 100% of service goals in line with current standards and management directives.
  • Actively engage in team meetings, contributing ideas and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in a live support environment with excellent multitasking, organization, and prioritization abilities.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-3 years in a customer success or service role.
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Effective time management and decision-making skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Experience in a metrics-oriented work environment.
  • Proven track record of outstanding customer service.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite products.
  • Competence in addressing issues and preventing escalations.
  • Sales-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge of order entry and checkout processes.

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

  • Experience with Zendesk, RingCentral, Olark.
  • Background in the custom printing industry.
  • E-commerce sales support experience.
