Overview
Join a unique team where you deliver the genuinely good news that the government owes people money. This role replaces traditional high-pressure sales with a rewarding outbound experience, connecting grateful prospects to funds they didn't know existed.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM EST (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospects on carefully vetted government money recovery lists
- Engage potential clients who are surprised to learn they’re owed money by the government
- Generate interest and qualify prospects who want to recover their funds
- Handle initial questions and objections about the recovery service
- Book qualified appointments or perform live transfers to closing specialists
- Leave professional voicemails when prospects are unavailable
- Track and update lead records in CRM system
- Follow up with prospects who showed initial interest
- Maintain consistent daily calling activity and meet volume targets
- Knowledge and experience in skip tracing
Requirements
- Strong outbound calling experience with a proven track record in high-volume environments
- Excellent communication skills with a clear, professional phone presence
- Resilient personality comfortable with 1-2% conversion rates typical in cold calling
- Ability to build rapport quickly and sound trustworthy over the phone
- Experience with CRM systems and call tracking
- Professional tone that’s persistent but never annoying
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic for a high-activity role
- Bonus if you have experience in financial services, debt recovery, or government-related calling
