Gaming Customer Service Administrator
Job Overview
Our client is a rapidly growing digital gaming enterprise that is revolutionizing the online gaming experience across multiple platforms. As the company expands its digital footprint and prepares for a new web platform launch, they are seeking a specialist to manage player experiences and technical account configurations. Schedule

Sunday and Monday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Dover, DE/EST) and 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Wednesday to Friday; with a 30-minute paid break (42.5 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Create and configure player accounts across multiple gaming platforms, ensuring accurate setup and optimal user experience.
- Process and verify customer payments with meticulous attention to detail and security.
- Manage incoming customer requests through digital channels, providing prompt, professional, and helpful responses.
- Execute account setups, modifications, and security updates according to established company protocols.
- Monitor and implement promotional campaigns to drive player engagement and retention.
- Maintain detailed, organized records of all customer interactions, account activities, and transaction histories.
- Provide technical guidance to players regarding specific platform requirements and troubleshooting.
- Support the implementation of new digital initiatives and platform improvements as the company scales.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the gaming industry is strictly required.
- Proficiency in the Apple/macOS ecosystem; candidates must have a personal macOS device for system compatibility (preferred)
- Excellent written English communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Demonstrated proficiency with digital communication platforms and the ability to learn multiple gaming systems quickly.
- A meticulous mindset, particularly regarding payment processing and sensitive account management.
- A proven track record of maintaining high levels of confidentiality and handling sensitive data.
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently in a professional remote environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or account management is highly preferred.
- Flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to new systems and evolving procedures.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
