Our client is looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive & Personal Assistant to support a globally recognized speaker in managing international engagements, travel, and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities
- Manage a complex global calendar across multiple time zones (professional + personal)
- Coordinate speaking engagements, media, podcasts, and key meetings
- Liaise with clients, partners, and event organizers globally
- Plan and manage international travel (flights, hotels, visas, itineraries)
- Handle professional correspondence on behalf of the speaker
- Support contracts, invoices, and operational coordination
- Manage personal logistics, appointments, and ad hoc requests
- Ensure the speaker is fully prepared ahead of each engagement
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional written and verbal communication
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Ability to work across time zones and adapt quickly
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving ability
- Experience supporting senior executives or public figures is a plus
