Job Overview

Our client, a leading publicity firm, is on the lookout for a talented Writer to join their team. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about what they do and committed to delivering excellent results for our clients. Schedule:

  • Flexible within client's business hours, Australian Eastern Time (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for generating high-quality content that resonates with the client's target audience, including blog posts, news stories, articles, press releases, and more.
  • Must be organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each task is completed on time and meets our high standards.
  • Willing and able to communicate with clients directly, primarily through Zoom calls, for content discussions, feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Conduct interviews, and research topics, and work closely with clients to ensure their message is conveyed effectively.
  • Proficient in utilizing AI writing platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, etc., to enhance content creation processes, ensure content originality, and streamline workflow efficiency.
  • Previous work experience with international clients, demonstrating the ability to navigate cultural nuances and communicate effectively across borders, is highly regarded.

 

Requirements:

  • Willing to work full-time with no other commitments (part-time jobs, side hustle, further studies or consultancy)
  • Experience in writing news and crafting compelling stories that are both informative and engaging.
  • Experience with international clients, showcasing the ability to manage cultural differences adeptly and communicate effectively in a global business environment.
  • Technologically adept, with proficiency in using AI writing tools to augment content creation, ensure accuracy, and maintain the highest quality in all produced material.
  • Have a passion for writing and journalism, as well as a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, working closely with clients to understand their needs and convey their messages effectively, including comfort with direct communication such as conducting or participating in Zoom calls.
  • Highly organized and capable of handling multiple tasks and projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and quality content.
  • Proactive and ready to take initiative in client interactions, ensuring that their needs are understood and met with the highest standard of service and content delivery.
