Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and community-driven Social Media & Podcast Support Assistant to help amplify our brand's voice within the vibrant world of photography. In this role, you will play a key part in fostering authentic engagement on Instagram and TikTok while using tools like Canva to bring our visual storytelling to life. Beyond social interaction, you’ll assist with light podcast editing and content scheduling to ensure our media reaches our audience seamlessly and professionally. • Monday - Friday, Flexible, (SYD Time)

Responsibilities:

• Support engagement efforts on Instagram and TikTok by interacting with relevant content and contributing to conversations within the photography niche
• Follow established brand guidelines to ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and overall presence
• Assist in creating simple and visually appealing social media content using Canva or similar tools
• Help schedule and publish content using user-friendly platforms such as GoHighLevel or similar systems
• Perform light podcast editing tasks using Riverside, including trimming basic segments and preparing content for publishing
• Organize and export short-form content and clips for social media distribution
• Maintain organized content folders and assist in keeping platforms consistent and up to date
• Track assigned tasks and provide simple updates to ensure smooth workflow and accountability

Requirement:

• Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok, with an understanding of basic platform interactions
• Basic experience with Canva or willingness to learn quickly
• Comfortable learning simple tools such as Riverside for light podcast editing tasks
• Interest in photography, social media, or digital content is a plus
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow clear instructions
• Self-driven and reliable when working in a remote setup
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
