Job Overview:
As a Marketing / Social Media Lead, you will be the driving force behind the brand’s growth. You won’t just manage the digital presence—you will shape it. Your mission is to build vibrant brand awareness, ignite high-quality lead generation, and masterfully orchestrate the brand voice across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
In this pivotal role, you’ll serve as the true guardian of the brand identity, expertly navigating the fast-paced evolution of digital trends and platform algorithms to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, (Islandia, NY, USA, Eastern Time) [with an hour unpaid break]
Responsibilities:
Social Media & Content Management
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms
- Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement daily
- Develop and manage weekly/monthly content calendars
- Repurpose existing content to maximize reach across different channels
Lead Generation & Campaigns
- Execute targeted organic and paid campaigns to drive conversions
- Support email marketing efforts and coordinate messaging
- Create landing page content or collaborate with the web team on lead capture
- Identify market trends and competitor activity to suggest new strategies
Analytics & Reporting
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including engagement, reach, and leads
- Provide comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports
- Analyze data to identify successful tactics and adjust strategies accordingly
Brand & Operational Alignment
- Ensure all marketing collateral aligns with company goals and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with leadership on high-level messaging and market positioning
- Update website content, blogs, and assist with SEO optimization
- Coordinate with developers or platforms like WordPress and Webflow as needed
Requirement:
Technical Skills
- Experience managing business social media accounts across multiple platforms
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of social media algorithms, SEO best practices, and digital trends
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow) and email marketing tools

- Strong marketing copy and caption writing abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics
- Project management skills to handle content calendars and campaign deadlines
