Sales Development Representative

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Development Representative to manage inbound lead responses, customer follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and CRM updates. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys engaging with customers and helping drive consistent bookings through timely follow-up and relationship management.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM PST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to new inbound leads via phone and text to maximize conversion opportunities
  • Execute a structured seven-day follow-up sequence for unresponsive leads to maintain consistent engagement
  • Reach out to an existing client base of approximately 300 customers to encourage repeat bookings
  • Follow up after completed jobs to request referrals, reviews, and identify upsell opportunities flagged in the CRM
  • Schedule and book appointments through the company’s booking and CRM platform
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and lead statuses in the CRM
  • Coordinate closely with the business owner regarding lead activity and scheduling updates
  • Ensure consistent communication with prospects and customers to help stabilize weekly job volume

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles involving outbound calls and text-based communication
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage follow-up schedules without constant supervision
  • High level of attention to detail when updating customer records and tracking lead progress
  • Comfortable learning new software tools quickly with minimal training
  • Experience using CRM and scheduling platforms is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
