Join our team as a Customer Retention Specialist, where you will be the primary point of contact for clients looking to cancel their services. We are looking for empathetic, results-driven communicators who can turn challenging conversations into long-term customer loyalty.
Schedule & Availability
- Operating hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM MST; Saturday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM MST
- Expected availability: 35–40 hours per week
- Flexible start and end times within operating hours
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers who are considering canceling their service
- Listen actively to understand customer concerns and identify root issues
- Address objections with confidence and empathy
- Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our pest control services
- Offer tailored solutions to retain customers and maintain satisfaction
- Document interactions and outcomes accurately in company systems
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retention preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
