Join a high-energy team dedicated to transforming patient lives by converting warm leads into clinic appointments. We are looking for a proactive, bilingual communicator who excels at high-volume outreach and possesses the empathy needed to guide prospective patients through their healthcare journey.
Schedule
- Agent 1: Sunday – Thursday | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM PST
- Agent 2: Tuesday – Saturday | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST (Weekends) / Adjusted Weekday hours to meet 40 hours/week
- Agent 3: Monday – Friday | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM PST
Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Follow up on Meta ad leads (forms, quizzes, surveys) to book in-person clinic appointments.
- Call Management: Handle high-volume outbound calls and inbound callbacks while maintaining high conversation quality.
- Multichannel Outreach: Engage leads via phone, SMS, and video calls to progress them through the sales pipeline.
- CRM & Workflow: Update lead status and manage CRM automation/AI-driven nurturing workflows.
- Performance: Collaborate with the clinic team to hit conversion targets and appointment-setting goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in appointment setting or sales, preferably in a healthcare or clinic environment
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and empathetic phone presence
- Experience working with CRM systems and lead management workflows
- Ability to handle objections and nurture hesitant leads toward commitment
- High level of attention to detail when managing lead data and follow-up schedules
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
