Job Description:
As a Creative Marketing Support Specialist, you will be responsible for designing marketing assets, supporting campaign execution, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. You will work closely with the business owner to bring creative ideas to life through high-quality visuals and strategic marketing initiatives.

Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, flexible schedule within the client’s business hours (US Central Time, 20 hours per week)
Scope & Engagement:
- Ongoing production of marketing materials and flyers
- Direct collaboration with the business owner
- Communication primarily via WhatsApp

Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design & Content Creation
- Design and produce professional flyers and promotional materials
- Create customized, high-quality visuals using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral
- Translate creative concepts into polished, client-ready materials
- Marketing Campaign Support
- Develop and execute creative marketing tactics
- Support ad campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation
- Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives
- Content & Communication
- Create content for newsletters and digital marketing campaigns
- Ensure messaging is clear, professional, and aligned with brand tone
- Collaborate with the business owner to refine ideas and strategies
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design and marketing support
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva
- Strong visual design skills with the ability to create non-templated materials
- Close attention to detail and commitment to quality output
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
- Experience supporting small businesses or entrepreneurs remotely is a plus
