Schedule: 20hrs per week, Monday-Friday, 7am-12pm | Eastern Time
Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted outreach via email, phone calls, and direct messages to prospective venue and sponsorship leads
- Manage and build upon an existing prospect list, organizing contacts by relevance, status, and fit
- Craft professional, culturally aware messaging tailored to different audience segments and partnership opportunities
- Track all outreach activity, follow-ups, and responses in an organized spreadsheet or tracking system
- Support sponsorship acquisition efforts for artists, events, and brand activation opportunities
- Schedule qualified meetings and discovery calls for the business owner
Requirements
- Experience in outreach, sales, or lead generation in a professional setting
- Strong written and spoken English with a confident, professional tone
- Familiarity with branding, sponsorship, or the entertainment and events industry preferred
- Cultural awareness and ability to communicate effectively across diverse demographics
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple outreach streams simultaneously

- Work from an existing lead list and expand it through research and prospecting
- Outreach spans multiple verticals including venues, brand sponsors, and artist partnerships
- Collaborate directly with the business owner to align messaging and strategy
- Potential to transition from part-time to full-time based on performance and business growth
