French/Spanish/English Account Executive - Global Manufacturing Brand
Overview
We are the global leader in the R&D, design, manufacturing, and distribution of industrial and commercial embroidery machines, heat presses, garment and textile printers, and related software and supplies. For over 25 years, we’ve helped small businesses scale worldwide, serving customers in more than 160 countries across industries including healthcare, hospitality, sports, education, entertainment, and government.
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to close high-value deals and help customers succeed with our products and services. Commission potential 300- 400 USD above base rate per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central European Time
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound warm leads and follow up with prospects
- Meet and exceed sales targets and daily call volume goals
- Negotiate and close deals with a customer-centric approach
- Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in the CRM
- Continuously improve performance through coaching and sales training
Requirements
- 2 years sales experience in telemarketing sales or similar
- Experience in the full sales cycle
- Previous experience as a sales closer with strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Proven track record in inside sales and B2B sales
- Strong communication skills in French, Spanish and English
- Experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Demonstrated success in outbound and warm calling
- Self-driven, competitive, and able to work independently
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and apply coaching feedback
- Strong customer-first mindset aligned with company values
