Sales Executive (Hubspot CRM)

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with strong lead conversion experience and excellent communication skills. This role is ideal for someone confident in engaging prospects with a neutral accent and experienced in using HubSpot to manage and convert leads.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Sydney Time, with a 30-minute paid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Engage and convert inbound and outbound leads into paying customers through calls, emails, and CRM-driven follow-ups
  • Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions to drive conversions
  • Manage and update all sales activities within HubSpot, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking
  • Conduct discovery calls and product/service presentations with confidence and professionalism
  • Follow up consistently with leads to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead quality and conversion strategies
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on offerings and market trends

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in lead conversion or closing roles
  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Excellent English communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and pipeline management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
