A fully remote behavioral health organization providing specialized support services within the PRRS space. The company operates 100% virtually and is focused on building a strong, reliable workforce through structured hiring, training, and onboarding processes.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Recruiter / Hiring & Training Coordinator to manage the full hiring lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to assessing technical readiness and delivering onboarding support.
This role goes beyond traditional recruiting, focusing on candidate quality, mental readiness, technical competency, and training preparation, ensuring every hire is fully prepared before being handed off to management.
Schedule: (40 hours per week) -Monday -Friday - 9am-5pm MST time zone
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Conduct in-depth video interviews assessing behavioral fit, mental readiness, and role suitability
- Administer technical assessments (Zoom, screen sharing, Google Slides, virtual tools)
- Evaluate candidates’ ability to operate in a fully remote environment
- Maintain a strong and consistent pipeline to support high hiring volume
- Reduce candidate drop-off by improving screening and communication processes
- Organize and verify onboarding documentation to ensure compliance
- Support onboarding by introducing candidates to systems (EHR/EMR, virtual tools, workflows)
- Assist in training new hires on internal systems and processes
- Manage basic payroll/time tracking setup using Excel or Google Sheets
- Collaborate with leadership to refine hiring, testing, and training processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in high-volume recruiting or talent sourcing
- Strong ability to assess candidate behavioral fit and reliability
- Experience conducting video interviews and remote hiring processes
- High level of technical proficiency (Zoom, Google Workspace, virtual tools)
- Ability to evaluate and test candidates’ technical competency
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple candidates and workflows
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- High attention to detail when handling sensitive candidate information
Highly Regarded Skills & Experience
- Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or similar industries
- Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems
- Experience onboarding and training new hires
- Background in HR, recruiting, or people operations
- Experience working with U.S.-based teams and compliance requirements
- Strong understanding of remote workforce management
