Role Overview:
This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies for multiple beauty and lifestyle brands across international markets. Responsibilities include planning digital campaigns (influencer and affiliate marketing), ensuring consistent brand positioning, coordinating region-specific efforts for Latin America, Europe, and beyond, and analyzing performance data to optimize visibility and conversions.
Client Overview:
A holding company operating in fintech and retail focuses primarily on recruiting beauty and lifestyle brands under exclusive or direct distribution rights, bringing them to underserved markets through B2B and direct-to-consumer channels. A flagship venture is being structured as a destination for markets where major beauty retailers do not yet have a presence. The business model involves onboarding brands in clusters, with plans to scale to approximately 100 brands by adding 10–20 new brands every two months. Each brand cluster will have dedicated landing pages and Shopify-based storefronts, with operations spanning sourcing from multiple global regions and distribution into Latin American markets, including future expansion into physical retail. The leader is highly hands-on with deal-making and brand acquisition but struggles to delegate operational execution.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, flexible schedule during client’s business hours (between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm) (Central European Time, 20 hours per week)
Scope:
- Start at 20 hours per week (fractional) with potential to scale to full-time as brand portfolio grows
- Collaborate directly with the founder on brand strategy and campaign direction
- Manage marketing across clusters of approximately five brands each
- Support the eventual build-out of a broader marketing team, including social media managers
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for multi-brand beauty and lifestyle product clusters across international markets
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including influencer outreach and affiliate marketing initiatives
- Oversee brand positioning and maintain consistency across all consumer-facing channels
- Coordinate regional marketing efforts tailored to Latin American, European, and other target markets
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies to maximize brand visibility and conversions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing leadership for retail, beauty, or consumer goods brands
- Strong understanding of both B2B and direct-to-consumer marketing channels
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, scaling environment
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
