Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support for their executive operations. This role focuses on streamlining communication, managing complex schedules, and ensuring financial transactions are tracked with precision.

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM PST (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
Email Coordination & Scheduling
- Monitor and correspond via Gmail and Microsoft Outlook
- Manage meeting requests by responding to inbound emails
- Coordinate availability and schedule meetings via calendar invites
- Handle scenarios where the executive CCs the assistant into threads
Calendar Management
- Schedule and input calendar events in Microsoft Outlook
- Ensure meetings are accurately logged with relevant details
- Avoid scheduling conflicts and manage availability
Expense Monitoring
- Review and track expenses from American Express statements
- Flag irregularities or notable spend
- Maintain organized records of expenses
